Currently serving as President, Miles has been on the board since 2001. Having served as Secretary, Treasurer and Vice-President, Mile’s historical knowledge of Northgate makes him an invaluable asset to the community and board.

Rob C., Vice President

Rob has been a Northgate resident since 2006 and Vice President since 2023. He is active with several

area non-profits and is a licensed Realtor and Broker with Realty One Group - Capital.

Tim P., Treasurer

Tim has been a director since 1994, and an owner since those same days.

Suzanne W., Secretary

Suzanne is the newest member to the board and specializes in security and data analytics. She brings fresh insight

and focus on ground safety and community involvement.

Peter C., At-Large

Peter has served on the board since 2007 and has a diverse background in IT, marketing,

housing renovation, graphic design and education. He has been an owner since 1996.
