Currently serving as President, Sara has been a resident of Northgate for more than a decade. She has a background in communications, marketing, and project management bringing unique insights to Northgate.
Leopoldo (Leo) has been a proud resident of the Northgate community since 2020. As a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP) with a career in data analytics, Leo brings a wealth of expertise and a strategic mindset to our team. With his Peruvian heritage, Leo is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, working to ensure that all voices are heard and valued within our neighborhood.
Since retiring from the globe-trotting world of high-tech consulting, Thomas now revels in his current life of hectic obscurity.
An owner at Northgate since 1999, Thomas is an active member of the Fairfax County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). CERT reports to Fairfax County Fire and Rescue, and is administratively connected to FEMA. While CERT’s primary focus is on „neighbors helping neighbors“ in times of disaster, CERT also sponsors classes in advanced first aid, CPR, and related courses. Peter has served on the board since 2007 and has a diverse background in IT, marketing,
housing renovation, graphic design and education. He has been an owner since 1996.
Tim has been a director since 1994 and has served in various positions; he has been unit owner since 1991.
