Toys for Tots

The Board of Directors will be holding a Toys for Tots drive this holiday season. The drop off box will be available in the office through December 14th. Toys should be new and unwrapped for ages 0-17. The last day to drop off items will be Friday, December 14th by office closure at 3:30 pm.

Holiday Office Closure & Notices

The office will be closed on Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd for theThanksgiving holiday. The office will reopen on Monday the 26th at 7:30 am.

Parking passes will need to be picked up by Wednesday, November 21st. There will be no trash removal services on Thursday, November 22nd. Please do not leave any trash in front of the buildings. Trash services will resume on Monday, November 26th.

Holiday Office Closure

The office will be closed on Monday, November 12th for Veterans Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday the 13th at 7:30 am.

1400 Buildings - Water Notice for Nov 2, 2018

The water (both cold and hot) will be shut-off on Friday, November 2nd for all 1400 buildings between 9 am and 4 pm. The water is being shut off due to an underground pipe leak. Water service will be restored as soon as the work is completed. We apologize about the inconvenience. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

Community Heat Switch Update

The heat has now been turned on for the season.  Air conditioning will not be available again until May. Please set your thermostat to the “heat” setting. For maximum efficiency, it is advised that you keep your thermostat on one comfortable temperature. We also ask that you please keep all doors and windows closed when using your heat.

To help us save on utilities please turn off all lights, televisions and radios when not in use.  Run your dishwasher and washing machine only when full.

Annual Board Meeting Updates

The annual board meeting was held on Tuesday the 9th. Making all board meeting minutes available online is still being worked on. For the time being, if interested in any meeting minutes, please reach out to the property manager via email with your request.

Reminder - Annual Board Meeting on October 9

The annual board meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 9th at 7:00 pm at Buzz Aldrin Elementary School in the Theatre. If you are unable to attend, proxy forms are due to the office by Friday the 5th.
